The Lookout

Booking and checkin were simple. House was clean and had everything we needed. Great location for catching the ferry or checking out the visitors center. Beautiful views from inside or out on one of the decks in a comfy chair. Lots of books and games for the rainy days. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy yourself. Host was informative, friendly and helpful.

We all had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next year!

The house is beautiful, the views are amazing, and the communication is second to none. The management was on top of everything and was always available to help. The house has everything you need to make sure you enjoy your vacation.Sit out on one of the decks and enjoy the dolphins swimming by, fish jumping all around, birds diving. And beautiful Carolina sunrises and sunsets from the dock!I highly recommend!

Beautiful view of the cape! Water shores are a must but great amenities for families who enjoy fishing and kayaking. Kitchen had everything you could ask for! Cons: Wi-Fi didn’t work all week despite troubleshooting with property manager, neighbor that doesn’t share a driveway immediately asked us when we were leaving, fire ants were all along interior aspect of back door and in one of the chairs upon arrival and no vacuum on site. Additionally, master bedroom matress was very springy and sagged in the middle. Advice for young families: take 2 baby gates with you. Parking is VERY limited.
