Pelican's Perch

Pelican’s Perch is the sweetest little escape tucked right into the heart of Beau Coast in Historic Beaufort. Attached to a three-bedroom home but with its own private entrance, this one-bedroom, one-bath retreat is the perfect pied-à-terre for a couples’ getaway, a weekend with your best friend, or a simple steal-away to the coast.

From the front of the house, the door on the right welcomes you into your own cozy corner of coastal living. Inside, you’ll find just the right amount of space for an easy, pack-your-bags-and-go kind of stay, complete with a kitchenette and all the comforts you need to settle in and unwind.

One of the very best parts of Pelican’s Perch is what’s waiting just outside your door. The home sits adjacent to Beau Coast’s beloved resort-style amenities, so the pool, clubhouse, and fitness center are all just steps away. It’s hard to imagine an easier setup for days full of sunshine, movement, good food, and fun.

And when you’re ready to venture out, Beaufort is right there waiting for you. This coastal classic of a town is known for its waterfront charm, wonderful dining, darling boutiques, and easy access to kayaking, boating, and all the salt-air adventure that makes the Crystal Coast so special.
