GOOD TO KNOW:

After booking, guests are required to complete a simple rental agreement through Away by the Sea. The agreement outlines important house rules, property details, and local requirements to help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The dock has limited water depth at low tide and the boat lift is not available for guests. For launching your boat, Cape Point Marina is just half a mile down the road and offers convenient access to the water.

Again, the BOAT LIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE. Guests who use the boat lift will incur a $1000 FEE and a lifetime ban from the property.

• The dock and driveway are shared with the kind couple next door—it’s a cozy coastal setup!

For security purposes, this property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell camera at the front and a second camera on the back balcony facing the sound. Both are video-only—no audio recording.
